Cunningham Lindsey has a dedicated Ontario Automobile Accident Benefits Unit, equipped with the specialized skills sets and legislative the knowledge to ensure the accurate and timely handling of these unique exposures.

This unit is managed by an Ontario Automobile Manager and includes an In-house AB Unit as well as an experienced field network of Adjusters. 

The expertise of this unit ensures full priority investigation and compliance with Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) requirements. 

A SABS Calculation Program is installed in each office to calculate immediate benefit entitlement and economic loss exposure.

Additionally, these specialized adjusters receive regular and extensive training specific to legislative amendments and upgrading of their expertise in the field of accident benefits and automobile tort claims.
