Our history

After serving the insurance industry for over 100 years with quality claims adjusting services, Morden & Helwig, Lindsey & Newsom, The Cunningham Group and Ellis & Buckle, officially retired their names. They all jointly adopted the shared operating name of Cunningham Lindsey effective from 1 March 1999.

Our group of companies came together in two strategic acquisitions in 1998. In July, Lindsey Morden acquired the Cunningham Group. In October 1998, we finalised the acquisition of Ellis & Buckle.

In February 2009, we acquired the GAB Robins international businesses. Our renewed global strength allows us to service clients throughout the world in all domestic, reinsurance and captive markets.

We have over 7,000 employees in more than 60 countries in over 600 offices.
