Corporate social responsibility

For us Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) means addressing the expectations of clients, shareholders, employees and other stakeholders, in managing our business responsibly and sensibly for long-term success.

Our overriding responsibility is to be a successful company. This is a prerequisite if we want the continued support of shareholders and customers. Likewise we want to attract and retain the best staff to work for us.

We are committed to recruitment of the best available staff, their training and development, and retention. Our training and human resources policies constitute part of our commitment to CSR.

We ultimately depend on, and contribute to local society and the environment atlarge. This is a view shared and clearly expressed by both our clients and our staff.

As a service provider rather than say a manufacturer, we are not a major consumer of non-renewable resources. Nor do we produce high volumes of pollutants. Nevertheless we can always do more to help protect our environment, often at the same time as saving cost. We constantly look for ideas and support from our staff to achieve our aims.
