An average day

There's no such thing as an average day for an adjuster.

The essence of what we do is help people. We help our clients by providing solutions to their claims issues, or providing input and expertise on a particular claim or portfolio of claims.

We help our client's customers when they suffer a loss and need to make a claim. Finding a way to deal with their claim as quickly as possible to minimise the trauma of a claim. And we help our colleagues, when they need additional resource during large events such as an earthquake, hurricanes, and extensive floods and fires. No two days are the same.

You could find yourself on-site in the morning and a couple of hours on-site with the client, customer and other key stakeholders assessing the causes of the loss. A career with us will be varied and rewarding.

But don't take our word for it, listen to a range of people that are already pursuing a career with us. Click on one of the video links below.
